Your assumption is well-founded. But if Gallifrey were to make it out alive, I would rather that my people would understand that there comes a time when remaining in seclusion in a universe such as this is no longer an option. Opening our doors to other races was the first step but because of conflicting agendas and opinions, my plans fell through and crumbled.

If we are to find a place in the universe in this time then we must come to realize that we are not alone nor are we to monopolize the responsibilities we carry for time and space. Nor are we infallible. There is much that we can learn from other races as they can learn from us.

There isn't anything that I feel about it. He was once my mentor and became a trusted confidant. He is a friend who lies to me and has his own agenda.

--But, if anything is to be said, I can think of no other whom I could see who would listen to my words, for so few are known to me that I can see myself to address as a friend. Friends are not something I can easily afford.

When taking into consideration the company I'm keeping, surprising quiet, even if only for the moment. It won't be long though before either Leela or Narvin make a comment that will start up a debate or argument with the other. Braxiatel is-- well, I'm certain that you would know what he is up to.
