Ai and Shion, morning routine.

During a school day, she gets up to check her research briefly before making coffee and breakfast for both herself and the Professor, although sometimes he's the one that tends to it. She leaves after finishing her meal and walks by herself until she meets up with Conan and the others on her way to school.

On the weekends there is no morning routine, unless there is some camping trip involved. Otherwise she stays in bed for who knows how long because she's been up until some ungodly hour in the morning.

It's fairly normal, really. Waking up and making breakfast, prepping for school, that sort of thing. But her morning just isn't right without teasing her sister, trolling Keiichi and looking after Satoko. And some more trolling again.

To her, that mask means so many things. A reminder of what Charlie had taught and shown her during the time he had taken her under his wing. It is a means of helping her to find herself-- to look in a mirror and see nothing but a blank face staring right back at you allows her to look at herself beyond a recognizable face. To see and understand who she really is, and in doing so, not only answering her own questions but to discover new ones as well. --Plus, it's pretty amusing when a criminal freaks a bit when they see that you don't have a face. A small bonus, really.
